I enjoyed a plethora of booze and drugs every weekend from my late teens until I became a mother, revisited that in my late thirties until Covid days and now I drink green tea and do yoga to combat the anxiety I get from incidents from my unhealthy coping mechanisms

I could happily have 1-2 glasses of wine every night but I don’t because it makes me fat.

I also love getting pissed every few months but the anxiety it now causes is almost life threatening.

I’m very much a drinker at heart but married to someone who very much isn’t. It’s prob kept me healthy tbh.

You are my spiritual twin. I only binge drink these days. Worse than having one or two every night, but it helps keep the weight off.

I bleeping love a good drink and thankfully it doesn’t cause me anxiety, just a bad nights sleep.

I used to be a massive drinker in my 20s but slowed down a bit. I’d usually only drink a handful of times per year. I rarely drink now but I do still enjoy the odd glass of rosé or a gin and grapefruit.

I've had to stop drinking completely it was ruining my mental health

I very rarely drink as I said but when I do I’m always like well may as well go for it, but the last few times I’ve felt sick so quickly and actually been sick twice so basically just given it up totally now. Don’t think I’ve had any thing alcoholic in about two years now.

The baby is big enough to be ok on its own (I think) they were just always together so I’ll find out tonight if it’s the same one. I’m not built for the wildlife life
