I think, as well, there can be a kind of pack mentality which goes on in there. So if they see a couple of people being kind of nasty to another, then they think that that person is fair game, that they won't get any pushback from the group for also picking on them a little, and it bonds the rest of the group together. It's easier for the viewer to notice, from the outside looking in.

(Sorry, went a little bit 'Ali' there 😂 )

Basically saying khaled thinks he’s better than everyone else . Give the poor lad a break since day 1 he’s been getting a lot of hate 🙁 Sarah needs to be more considerate, saying he should “come down from his ivory tower and spend some time with us peasants “. That is extremely disrespectful knowing that khaled and his family have been through a lot not only that , but he lived in Lebanon and would of been exposed to a lot from such a young age 🥺 then he came to the uk as a refuge so if anything khaled knows what it’s like to be at the bottom .

Unfortunately Sarah is now close to Nathan and Emma who have been slagging Khaled off a lot (as they see him as their main competition) so she’s probably listened to their tit and convinced herself Khaled is a wrong ‘un.

Nathan was also horrible to Sarah in the early weeks and said he had no interest in getting to know her.

I think he actually called her the biggest fake and gameplayer in there. He's desperate to win and sees Khaled as competition and us looking to collect allies.
He has really been loathsome the last week same as Dean. True colours and all that

Is this Dean in the Salvation Army advert?

Yeah so odd though usually when you see someone being picked on for no good reason you’d want to see if they’re ok but it’s different in there. Most of them wouldn’t make a good friend

I'm on the fence, seems a really mild joke to give a prolonged reaction to. And it wasn't out of nowhere, she likely was asked to roast the whole house. A roast is meant to be slightly cutting as well as funny. I don't think you can link his background or early life as a refugee to the 'ivory tower' comment because her only experience of him has been in the house, so that's what she's talking about.

Also, people have said waaaay worse to him (hello Nathan, Ali) so I would wonder why he has reacted to Sarah this way.

And I don't buy that he's been 'targeted'. He's not a baby, he's a surprisingly emotionally mature 23yr old. Yes he's had fall outs with people (sometimes one sided, Ali), Nathan, but no more than others, like Hanah, Lily, Marcello, Nathan or Ali.

He was probably already having a bad day. I agree, she didn’t say anything that was as bad as what Nathan and Ali have said

Is Khaled more annoyed at Sarah then what Nathan said about him. Or maybe he thought him and Sarah were friends.

He thought he and Sarah were friends, he asked her on live stream about 2 weeks ago if she thought he was fake and she said no you’re one of the most genuine in here. He spoke to her for ages and let her rant away about Lily and her selfishness then moaned about Martha too and he listened to it all. I really don’t get why she said that at all

I think what she said was worse than Ali but not as bad as Nathan

Yes and Nathan and whoever else is being nasty don't seem to realise that they're only making the audience like the one they're picking on more. It might make them feel a little better about themselves, or they might think they're making it more likely that their chosen 'victim' will be nominated or evicted, but it actually has the opposite effect.

I think Khaled is just frustrated at this stage. After Ali originally threw around the fake accusation he spoke on a number of occasions with various housemates including Emma and Sarah and they assured him they thought he was being genuine and he has continuously shown interest in their lives and stories yet at the first opportunity they turn around and accuse him off playing to the cameras and not being his true self (Emma) and now Sarah has stood in front of the housemates and basically branded him superior and self absorbed. I get she probably didn't intend to hurt him but it just keeps the whole fake Khaled narrative going.

Ali to Rosie - “Don’t tell anyone I said Marcello was cute” and Rosie said “Oh no I won’t, even if I did, would they believe me?”

Anyone think Ali said this in the hope it gets back to Marcello, so that he accepts her into the lads' group (now her friends are all getting evicted) ?

I'd say he'd be the one most suspicious of her suddenly being all friendly-friendly.

She's devious, I don't trust her
