At the beginning I wouldn't have expected Sarah to be pally with the lads. They messed up showing so much of the store room task in the first few days as we haven't really seen how and why these friendships were formed. They're showing us Sarah now saying Marcello is her best friend but they've barely been shown together previously. They need to start giving everyone screentime and showing the friendships so that when things happen we have the context and background.
