Ali isn’t my fav, but I find the whole thing against her tedious 🤣🙈
Like even if you don’t like her, her disability shouldn’t bought in to.
The same people wouldn’t dare bring race or religion / ethnicity or sexuality in their dislike for someone and if they did because of the minority would they wouldn’t get the backing on a thread like this.
 
Yeah I think when people have strongly made their mind up on someone, it’s easy to pick at everything they do and say. And I do get that to an extent, I was a bit like that with Sarah 😂 but the racism reeked from her

I’ve heard her say about her ADHD numerous times, even on live she said to someone as an excuse for her not being in the room or something. Her girlfriend is also pushing the depressing narrative that all Ali is, is a lesbian with ADHD. She hasn’t spoken about herself at all besides having ADHD, being a lesbian and having struggles in life. She’ll comment on others not talking about themselves and “holding back” but we know pretty much nothing about her and she’s always so untrusting and judgemental about everyone.

BB in my opinion wasn’t the right show for her and her “fans” are absolutely unhinged and constantly making excuses for her attitude no matter how hypocritical she is. I hate to say it but if she wasn’t as attractive and skinny as she is then she’d have been out long ago. I don’t see how she’s benefitted the house at all and I think it’s really shit that she’ll probably win it. I don’t think her or Marcello deserve it.

Hanah’s friend isn’t forcing people to vote and shoving loads of videos down our throats, constantly posting, trying to make #’s happen, calling in/being on L&L loads. Ali’s gf has been working overtime for ages, we’ve barely heard from anyone else, especially on social media.

Her pushing has worked but I really don’t see her benefitting from it, she’ll get the win and that’ll no doubt be the last we hear from her unless she joins Daze in activism but I’d imagine the boat life, constantly on the go lifestyle wouldn’t suit her ADHD so I don’t think she’d manage that either personally

This but I find it sad that people don’t understand how their public comments come across to others. It was an eye opener to me about the way people view neurodivergence. It’s really really sad.

You have those who can’t run fast due to a disability / mobility. Someone who is fully able but not the fastest runner etc isn’t going to say “ well we are all on the spectrum of ability really “ are they ?

I agree but if you look at the twitter stans the amount voting for her cause she ND or gay is ridiculous. I've actually seen loadssss say things like Vote for Ali, our ND Kween, who cares she's a bully, vote her and show her we support her.
Same goes for her being gay, people literally (licherally) saying they don't like her but she's gay and ND so is getting my vote.

I do understand what you mean about Ali’s gf (after seeing that video above haha) however that is purely down to her, not Ali.

Not sure it’s Ali’s gf posting that’s getting the votes though. someone’s partner, relative, friend, could never convince me to vote for someone if I didn’t already like them. I’d imagine most people vote based on what they’ve seen the last 6 weeks, not about what their loved ones say on social media

I think my annoyance comes with the excuses everyone makes and how her fan base is unhinged as fuck. She’ll need help managing them when she comes out as a whole load of them have been racist to Hanah, Segun and Khaled too. They make a lot of nasty comments just to stand up for her and they bring up her illness, not any of us.

You say that you dislike now she done something and they say “She has ADHD stop bullying her” but it’s literally not bullying 🤣 If she didn’t think she could handle it then she shouldn’t have gone on, she’s 38 and clearly knows herself well enough to know what’s too much.

I know but I’m adding what Ali has said too and she never seems to mention anything about herself besides having ADHD and struggles. She just looks fucking miserable in there so I really don’t think she should’ve gone in. It’s no hate to her at all, I don’t like her personality but this has nothing to do with her ADHD which is why I get annoyed.

If I behaved like that and I’m 23 with the same condition as Ali, ADHD and I also have OCD. Nobody would make excuses for my behaviour and I wouldn’t expect them to either as I’m a grown woman, she’s 38 years old so she should know even better than I do.

People on X and Facebook have been vile about the other housemates, being racist and fully admitting Ali isn’t nice but also calling her a queen like Charlied0106 said above 👆 and also saying they’re only voting for her because she’s got ADHD or she’s gay. Per her gfs request which I feel Ali would’ve been backing up before she even went in. She’s very calculated and it’s all we’ve saw her talk about so it wouldn’t shock me if this is what Ali wanted to push since her arrival to the house.

She literally mentioned to Martha on the first night that her brother had took his own life, it felt very awkward and like a trauma dump. I’m not sure why she’d need to mention that on the very first night to a complete stranger unless she wanted to make sure it was shown to show her struggles but she’s not the only one who has struggled in life. It’s really upsetting about her brother and I don’t deny that it’s hard but there’s a time and a place, she doesn’t like talking about less private details of her life but she’ll talk about big things that most people wouldn’t discuss within the first 24 hours.

I just find her very alarming, she stares people down, she barely talks about herself but wants to know everything about everyone else otherwise they’re being fake and a game player. She said about Lily (I don’t believe Lily is her responsibility either and Emma is a twat for bringing it up last night) but when she said she spoke to Lily privately and doesn’t do the pile on public humiliation thing, that annoyed me as she done that to Khaled numerous times in a room full of people so she’s an absolute liar for that too

She’s been formally diagnosed with ADHD and traits of autism. I do agree though. I just find it exhausting that anytime someone mentions a negative about Ali on social media they get hit back with her ADHD diagnosis as a reasoning for being so judgemental and cunty about everyone in there (including Nathan who’s now her new bestie) 🤦‍♀️ The 2 fakest people in there are her and Emma 110% as Hanah would say.

I don’t think any of the 6 have done much to warrant a win but I’d much rather Hanah get it than the others. BB fucked this year up and they’ve been plugging Lily & Ali since the start unfortunately

I thought it was said loads that she has said she has traits of autism, someone quoted a phrase earlier. Her diagnosis is ADHD.
Im just not on here to learn about autism or people’s personal experiences with it, I know that proper sounds mean but im sick of scrolling through the essays.

ETA: she said she had autistic traits, so she’s not diagnosed so those who said “don’t we all” have done nothing wrong there.

To explain it quick only because you said there, her diagnosis is ADHD but alongside that she would’ve been told about autistic traits and given the chance to be tested for that. She’s probably on a wait list like I am but who knows. That’s basically all it is, if you have the traits then you probably have autism too, it just takes ages to get help.

Nah I get you, I think it just takes a turn on here sometimes as people denying a real life diagnosis obviously upsets people who do have it or have kids who do and it’s like people are dismissing it so I can see why the person above got irritated. Moving on anyways

I’d agree but they did do something wrong as “don’t we all” basically means that they think every single person has autism which is quite dismissive of the severity of the condition so I can see why a few people got upset. I personally just skipped over it but I do find the ignorance a little bit annoying too I must admit.

Sorry to have derailed the thread a bit. I do think it’s great strangers are having honest conversations about these types of issues, I think we are all passionate in our believes and it went on a bit. Apologies
