I saw someone mention that Zak could be being super nice for the live streams - the moments being praised seem to have mainly happened during live streams - and then he's a bit different during the day. Obviously he has no control over how ITV edits it for the main show but it did make me think a bit. Though I do still think for now that the jokes were just jokes and if they are not just jokes the more trustworthy members of the house (not Kerry or Hallie or Jenkin) will mention it in nominations

This crossed my mind too, but we've seen how someone like Trish shuts people down when she thinks they're being disingenuous (i.e. when Kerry was trying to 'console' her) and she has never reacted in a way that suggests Zak is acting out of character. And in the conversation between him and Yinrun, before Trish left she was saying that she likes how Zak always checks in on Yinrun and makes the effort to speak to her - again, suggesting it's not something that he just does when the livestream starts.

There's absolutely no need to tell them they're about to be live though. I'd rather some of them were in bed than be questioning the integrity of everything I see!
 
Last nights episode was really bizarre
I do get where some are coming from about Zak. He seems nice but then also a bit of a head scratcher. I think if I was in the house I’d feel a bit confused by him. Trish really did take what he said too far this which seems a common thing for her so far

Tom was dull but now has become like a little spy? Where’s that come from?
agree about the firing I feel we’re missing so much of what’s gone on with all this flashy bullshit at the start.

Zak seems to think he has a real big sob story being an immigrant, mum working all hours etc. but the rest of the house don't seem overly interested by it. I doubt the public will either as it's not really a big deal these days and plenty of people have that background.
