Am on pain meds as well know how you are feeling I had a fall last week and hurt my back the stuff the hospital gave me made me feel ill have just switched meds and am feeling a bit better also got a heatpad and have been using this evening and omg it has made such a difference hope you feel better soon x

It’s pretty innocent 😂 When he was told on night one he’d have no hot water, the next day he noticed the shower actually did have hot water but thought it was a trick to see how he’d react and may get a punishment for the house so he turned it back cold and told big brother. But they said they just felt like being nice by giving him hot water 😂

Giving birth feels like you're gonna shit yourself. 🤣 Sit on the toilet and put your feet on something so that your knees are level with your chest. Lactulose takes a day to work unfortunately. Hope you feel better!
