Not really, there have been signs for a while that housemates know when episodes are on and at what time, the format of L&L, etc.

Yinrun was asking Trish about it earlier this week on a stream, about which day of the week there's no episode, and then said she's ask Matty since he knew more. It's probably just part of discussions in the diary room and would have been told to them at a briefing prior to entering, there's no reason to keep it a secret from them.

They do brief those up for eviction, that if they are evicted ... presumably so that they know how to leave, what to expect, what will happen to their luggage etc.
