Saying this as someone who’s an absolute doormat and is tit at standing up for themselves, I’d bloody love a friend like Trish. Not only would you know she has your back, I know she’d be the sort to big you up and give you the confidence to stand up for yourself. LONG LIVE TRISH

I am that friend. It only works in your favour when people stick to their guns too.

Sometimes you speak up on behalf of others and even though they egged you on or made out they would support you. Once you have it out they can fall by the wayside to keep the peace for themselves.
