If a person has ugly thoughts, it begins to show on the face. And when that person has ugly thoughts every day, every week, every year, the face gets uglier and uglier until you can hardly bear to look at it.

I'm also not entirely sure what the point of it is?
If it's at us "I know what'll show those people saying I'm a bad parent, who have contacted SS about the welfare of my son. posting a picture of my nipples online will show them!"
If it's at LG "someone is about to reveal that I'm a thief and a liar who's stolen £6,000 to write a book I claimed was nearly done, years ago. This willl likely bring people to my page to see what I'm about and if I'm trustworthy. Nipple pic!"

at least craig had reasons for his misery, what with his sister killing their dad, then herself and his mam's in prison and claire gave him a big telling off
