As far as I know, it affects the YouTube algorithm in which it won't recommend a video as much, so although it won't effect them straight away, in the long run it will.
What's worse (for them) is to search youtube for videos you know they have posted - and not click on them - instead on others - that leads to an impression with no click through rate. Thats a big one. If you DO go to their videos - do it via a direct link (hopefully from here) and it will show them where there views are coming from - and click - dislike - exit out - kills the view time - after a while - they will start dropping in the algorithms.
Also - given how many subs they have - vs views - most of their views are from their stans that are subbed - and the ratio of views to subs is terrible - a big red flag for paid for subs. That also does them no favors - also - deleting comments - does them no favors.
A bunch of small things start to add up. Next time there is some major disney event (a new churro or an email comes out with "CHANGES") - search for it on youtube - see where they are in the search results - off the first page = death.
