The after hours thing is a mixed bag for me. I absolutely hate trash vloggers like BLOB that advertise it and call it a hack just for the "cool kid" factor or just "because they can". For a family that's never been to a Disney park and they are having a blast, the night gets away from them, they are full of joy, etc. and they are scheduled to leave on a plane in the AM and it might even be a Make A Wish trip....I can understand the desire to stay as long as you can just because you don't want the magic to end. Those magical moments are what cast members love to see happen and for the most part are happy to stay a little longer to facilitate, but for professional grifters and loiterers it's another story...I hate that they take advantage of the park's operating procedures for clicks, "vibes", etc.

It's like these vloggers (especially BLOB) feel some sort of ownership/entitlement. Plus it's really not cool to advertise a "loophole" or a "thing" like this because it will just embolden more vloggers and selfish people to do the same and it will eventually have to be changed. How many potential magic moments are stolen from people because mentally unstable vloggers/guests had to go and duck it up?

Thank you for bringing this up. Very well said, and I was nodding my head in agreement all through it.

I also have mixed feelings about this because I've TOTALLY taken advantage of not getting kicked out of the park at closing. Like, a lot. It makes me cringe to think that I was making things hard on CMs while I was enjoying my time at the park, and it was NEVER a once in a lifetime trip for me, let alone Make a Wish. I just enjoyed Disneyland.

I hope there was a difference in my behavior in comparison to the Blabs... I hope there was a HUGE difference... I've always been taught to be respectful and to show consideration for those who are doing their jobs. *I think* there was a difference because I've always had great experiences with the CMs and obeyed them willingly with a smile on my face. I hope they could tell that my being there wasn't coming from a place of entitlement or deliberately loitering, just that I was enjoying my park experience to the fullest (like getting out of a ride after hours way in the back of the park). Some of my best experiences with CMs have come from times like that.

As was pointed out though, I didn't hold the CMs hostage and deliberately orchestrate the "forced magic." And I always try to be aware of the people around me and not make anyone uncomfortable because of my behavior. But yeah, I also don't like Spencer and Katie advertising this behavior as a hack. And they DO regularly ruin the trip for fellow guests and cast members alike. And they don't need to be encouraging this kind of behavior to those weak minded enough to think that this is a good idea, or whoever wants to be like them and feel special.
 
Spencer’s video on why media day for the Star Cruiser sucks is great. You know he would have been there in a heartbeat. He’s acting like the kid who didn’t get invited to the party. Oh I heard it’s gonna be dumb anyway. They passed a ton of those media passes out too. Show’s how low down the pole they are.
 
Also Katie: loves being in crowded theme parks, is always happy, laughing, screaming and smiling in theme parks, refuses to wear masks when/where appropriate, eats crappy theme park food, 90% of content uploaded to YouTube is Disney related (also the name Disney appears in her IG handle)

Duh…her special immunity blend of greens she ALWAYS buys at the special farmers market in her own Laguna backyard cures the anxiety, keeps her from getting Covid, so now she doesn’t need a mask!! Funny that she buys them ALL the time but doesn’t know the names of them?????? She just keeps getting more irritating. Don’t even get me started on them thinking being in the park and the Pirates thing was just such a special thing for them. I may implode if their stupidity takes up any more real estate in my head

Watching it now, a typical lazy Spencer video., 3 or 4 days after everyone else did their's, recycling, stealing and plagiarizing their work, only doing it worse as always.
Something tells me Spencer had to rent out his ***hole for the night, for his place on the cruiser.

It makes me happy that Disney didn’t give them a media pass. It’s a little bit of karma for treating cast members as props.

I feel like the more a channel associates with BLAB the worse it is for their own channel too. Dylan, Magic Journeys, freshbaked - spend time with BLAB and no media pass for you! While OA are at the star cruiser preview they’re all having a very lame looking bbq.

As a Southern Californian who goes to WDW more than Disneyland, that question about the monorail tells a lot about them. The WDW monorail runs for an hour after the park closes and the guard wanted to make sure they had transportation back to wherever they were staying. This indicates that they were there long after the closing and were in the back of Future World far away from the main entrance. If I remember in the video, they were commenting about being so empty and there were zero people around them as they talked and walked slowly towards the front. They were very clear in the live that the park was closed and stayed for a long time. They also were in an area off the beaten path intentionally and didn't leave until asked to by security. Total douchebags.

Nothing busy lazy bums here, they all need real jobs.... I see nothing but beggars.... I would never give none of that money I work hard for my money. I rather give it to a shelter or buy flowers from an old lady in a corner and give these bums money.

I watch tons of other genres of YouTube channels, many of them work full time careers and do YouTube after work as a side project, and their passion shines through their content. Others quit their jobs but then they turn YouTube into a full time job, putting a real 8+ hours of hard work and serious effort into it daily. Then you get to the Disney YouTube channels, where it’s all just lazy bums like these trying to make a quick buck walking around stuffing their faces and putting minimal effort into everything they do, whether it’s their content or their appearance or their health. And they all seem to emulate each other. Why do none of them seem to aspire to be better? What’s with these people? Why do you see this thing so commonly among these Disney lifestyle channels and not anywhere else on YouTube?

When Justin Scarred featured Katie the GI nurse in his stories, I unfollowed. Then I unsubscribed. When it became apparent David was still secretly associating with BLAB, I stopped watching. I wasn't subscribed, but he'd get a few views from me. Maybe Justin was fooled because he was so overwhelmed, but the others know who BLAB is and continue to hang with them.

I'm so with you on this, as many know I liked FB, I unsubbed, same with Justin, I can't say I've ever respected these people, I haven't but I have enjoyed the videos in the past.
All that has gone now, it's like someone gave me a good hard slap in the face (definitely some you, lol) and I was snapped into reality.
They are all trying to cruise through life, doing as little as possible, begging people for money, so they don't ever have to work like the rest of us do.
It's shameful it really is. Going on rides all day, eating junk for, all off the goodwill of others.

I'm waiting for Justin to post an Itemised list of how the $15,000+ or how much it was raised above that got spent (not that he ever will.)
He needs to be transparent in where all that money went, not use what is left over for Wooden Tiki Statues for his garden!
