Dang it does like look Irvine Company forces 14 month leases for those apartments. They are such predators...although I don't mind them preying on the likes of KT.

I'm sure they're just addressing the lack of videos the past week. I would be pretty shocked if they talked about the Liz drama.

Also- KT pretending to be sponsored by OPI is PRETTY sad.

Well it’s a tattoo. And those do itch like a mofo. I think they refilled them in per her dissertation and slide of all the progressions of said blading. You know, the one with the cartoon. But who knows.

Regarding the lease: Is that a shady way around rent protection? Dunno. But I wonder

Regarding addressing Liz: This is BLOB. They have no soul. It will be spun to favor them.

Addressing being sponsored by OPI: She had balls to steal toys. Did she steal these from a nail salon. Inquiring minds NEED TO KNOW!

We just moved last month into an apartment in Orange County. My Sister is a property manager in Ladera Ranch and said most places are pushing for an 18 month lease to try and lock people into the higher rental rates.

If I had to guess I’d say they signed a 12 month lease because last year when they moved the inflation didn’t affect the rent prices (I only know this because our lease was up around the same time and our rent actually went down last year when we re-signed)

Good catch! Remember how she said that she left most of her stuff at her mom's when she moved to Malibu with Spence during covid? I don't think she moved a lot of stuff to the OC digs either because they didn't know how long they were staying and (unbeknownst to us at the time) they lived at Adam's. Then they hauled ass to the Anacrapa and there was no mention of collecting stuff from her mom's. As a matter of fact she mentioned again some time after that her ear collection was still over there. Now if a HUGE Disney fan isn't bringing her ear collection she certainly isn't bringing anything else! So baby pictures could very well = moving.

Perhaps they are taking a break but keeping it on the down low in case they get back together because they don't want to look stupid for doing it twice in one controversial relationship. Second phase of Spencer's 'KT the scapegoat' plan?

Yeah we broke a 14 month lease in Anaheim and now they re-rented it for a 16 month lease for 500 more dollars a month. We moved a state over and even here they're starting to get people into 14-16 month leases.
 
I wonder if when they were in the parks yesterday they were getting shunned from cast members ( alot of CMs watch fresh baked ) also usually after a day in the parks KT always reposts stans that met them and took pics and post to IG, there has been no stan reposts from KT yesterday and today. They can sense they are hated even more now, so they are going to put out a damage control video. It should be interesting to say the least, nothing they put out can save them now.
