I think she did because she is being vague. She's just put "a few days ago" normally she'd put the exact date, but I reckon it's because people will work out that she fucked off on hols without her kids while her dad was critical. If I'm wrong I'll take it back but she overshares absolutely everything!
 
Unless he passed away unexpectedly. Like he took a turn for the worse even though he was in a coma. In her defence (and I don’t defend her tbh) maybe she didn’t think he was going to die. Personally I couldn’t have done it though. And I really couldn’t have left my kids at home with my sister or mum when they was going through all that.

I have to agree, and I expect her family probably told her to go and enjoy her holiday and may well have kept her out of the loop until she got home. I don’t want to jump to her defence, but perhaps this was completely unexpected But knowing he was in a coma and leaving her kid with them is very unfair on them and the kid.

I was told he went in hospital for something routine and then developed sepsis so it could have been quick.

I know we slate her but she is from a good family and her dad is very well thought of and I just can’t imagine they would have gone if they’d known. She stopped sharing part way through so maybe she flew back?

:( god I hope you’re wrong, I really do. I just can’t imagine someone doing that.

I am just so sad for them all. The guys he worked with are gutted, they had all worked there most of their lives.

He had just retired.

He will have worked long long shifts and probably made the sacrifices my Dad did when it came to time with the kids over the years. He will have had a good pension he would have got to enjoy and now it’s all gone. It’s just horrible.
 
Regardless of what we think of her behaviour I hope chicken man supports her as once the weeks pass and she's back at her home, she'll be away from her family, she barely has a friendship/support network and the gut retching grief will kick in for her and the kids. Its hard enough when you know your going to loose someone, but it coming out the blue at barely an age 💔
 
I've tried my best to bite my tongue here but as someone who lost a parent young.... GROSS GROSS GROSS!! This speaks volumes for her and her priorities. Yano it's not like she hadn't already had multiple other holidays abroad this year aswell. I just know her sister has A LOT to say about this and rightly so! How dare she even come to Instagram looking for sympathy now. Sorry i know it seems harsh but like I say, I've lost a parent and I was 10 years younger than this bint. This was so low even for her.... Hope your holiday was worth it Robbo!
 
She probably didn’t even pay for this holiday , it was probably from that ‘good amount’ of compensation when they got delayed with the kids a few months ago. You know when she was bragging it was a decent amount 🤢 ?? So realistically she wouldn’t have even lost money if she didn’t go as it was just compensation. But regardless , if that was me in the situation I would lose the money and spend time with my family, be there to support my mom /rest of family during this rough time. But we all know she only thinks about herself:
 
Just to be clear, I don't think harshly or judge normal, decent, caring people for their individual circumstances.

But to keep it in context we have to remember just how vile yobbo and chicken man are, and how they treat people in general. It is yobbo and her behaviour we are discussing on this thread, no one else. I don't think she would miss out on one of her beloved Tui hols for anything!
 
She must know people are gonna be thinking the same as us which is why she put ‘a few days ago’ like another poster said. Does that show she knows she’s in the wrong? Bloody awful. especially if he has definitely passed away whilst she was there. She could have been there holding his hand rather than holding a cocktail. Makes me sick tbh.
I honestly don’t judge but how can you not in the situation. Even if didn’t expect him to die she did still go away when he was in a coma.
