The mix of styles 🙈 Proof she doesn’t have her own. Everything’s quick and bodged. Tack the wire of the extension lead??? Get a bleeping socket put in where ya need it!!!
Clearly money isn’t tight, do something properly for ONCE.

Hideous sofa from the early noughties and that god awful laminate 🙈

We've been in our house a long time and everything was a quick lick of paint when we first moved in. Bedrooms done first then more expensive rooms such as kitchen and bathroom. Now everything is being redone replastering, new skirting and moving electrics etc. My husband always says, spend the money now and get it how you want it, we've lived with cheap for a long time. She's a bodger, its takes a bit more effort but she's in a rush. That extension lead looks terrible.

The DFS sale from 2001 called and they want the sofa back …. 😬

It looks really uncomfortable. No wonder she's always in bed at 7pm. Stops her eating I suppose.

I just zoomed in on another nail pic…and puked in my mouth 🤢

Right, putting my tuppence in on what I think of the living room for what it's worth. That telly is far too big on that unit, it either needs a huge proper tv unit or it needs up on the wall. It's an accident waiting to happen & I only hope her granddaughter is supervised when near it. Still can't get over the placement of the panelling in the kitchen & the silly mare has gone & put it in the main room of the house too, I actually think it could be nice if it wasn't only at one end of the wall, I don't get it? That fire thing looks ridiculous sitting there & she's badly needing a new couch cause that auld thing looks out of place in her otherwise trying to be modern living room! She spends an eye watering amount of money on shite, but not the stuff that matters like a nice new couch 😏

wait till she realises you cant refuel those fires until they cool down , hope it doesnt run out mid evening when its freezing

These run for hours and hours. Both of mine run for the best part of 10hours when they are filled. So unless it's got a small holder for the liquid I doubt it will be much of a problem. They actually cool down really quickly too.

A lot of people are slating her for the fire without really knowing a lot about them. It does look naff and doesn't suit her room but don't comment on how they function if you don't know yourself 🙄
