I like her decorations when she first starts out but just goes so overboard that it ends up looking awful.

I love my living room when I take the decorations down in January. It looks so nice and tidy when it’s all gone!

I don’t buy all these fancy advent calendars you can get now either, but assume Becky does. I’ve watched openings and it all seems such a waste.

Perfect for me though. 6ft and pre lit which is all I wanted. I can’t see a big difference in Becky’s bare tree and mine!

£250 could feed my family for like 2 months

Becky should have just bought the cheapest tree you can find. She puts so much crap on it that you can’t see it anyway.

I got a cracking tree for £35 last year from Asda, no one could believe it was so cheap. Proper bargain!
Sad thing is she pays all that money yet you’ll never see any of the tree as it’s jam packed with cheap shite!

If something is broken that you have paid for then Surely you take it back for a refund or a replacement? Or just don’t buy masses of cheap shite in the first place.

I do waste money myself (I definitely didn’t need those Pringles that ended up in my trolley yesterday), I think everyone does to an extent. But the amount of waste and excess with Becky truly sickens me.

I think back to the times years ago when we were living on Tesco value 9p noodles as it’s all we could afford. Thank god I’m not in that position any more but so many families are. Even though fair enough Jason and Becky earn their money, but it upsets me to see so much waste.

And I can’t see how Jason doesn’t get pissed off with it. All those clothes and now decorations. She must have spent £30 just on bloody cable ties!

What irks me is that she makes a big deal of telling people they dont need to spend a lot to make things look good, while spending more than most people would ever dream off.

Anybody who needs a tutorial on how to put a bauble on a Christmas tree I worry about! My cat could do it!

First time poster here but I have been reading the Becky’s threads for a while! Who needs to be told how to put lights in a vase and plug them in! She’s so patronising! Does she really think she’s the queen of Christmas! More like the queen of crap!

I think its disgusting how much she has spent on a tree, £250....fair enough if you are going to keep it for years , but she has another few trees in the garage that she has barely used. No doubt next year she will buy another tree - or beg for it to be gifted.
She is a car crash waiting to happen and is only out for what she can get.

i know what you mean, my girls are 24, 22 and 18 the eldest has moved out but she comes round for tea a couple of times a week with her partner, she’s due to give birth to her first baby in a couple of weeks so at the minute I’m seeing more of her than I was when she lived here and was working! Also when your kids need you less that’s the time to spend more time with your partner. Have weekends away and days out not spend time on your phone telling complete strangers how to decorate their Christmas tree! How did these people cope before she came along!
