Just a reminder, she was an assistant. Nothing more.
And if my son’s nursery had someone like her working there, I would be onto safeguarding and OFSTED so fast!

Can’t believe how much nicer her hair looks not being greasy! No effort styling it yet looks better than when she’s made an effort to curl it or whatever else she tries. And she’s about 10 stone lighter.
 
Not to be a dick but I still reckon something happened which means she can’t work in childcare. Childcare is super flexible, she’s proud of her qualification and she likes kids- she could do her TikToks and shopping around childminding, even bring them along 🙃

Lol, imagine her turning Ian and Caths house into a crèche. Jesus Christ. I disagree, I don’t think anything happened apart from her chronic laziness. She probably had problems in her old job from said CBA-itis but I think she was most likely just like oh I’ll do TikTok instead I won’t bother going back. If something serious had happened then I don’t think she’d be able to upload videos with porsha and parka etc.

Oh no I didn’t mean anything really bad or harmful towards kids, not for a second. I just meant a general lack of safeguarding. It’s clear she slips up a lot as she’s thick and self obsessed, and the rules are so strict. You’ve got to be very responsible in a position like that
 
Childcare is not flexible at all? Children are in for long hours and staff are required to ensure ratios are covered. There’s nothing flexible about it. Most of the time it’s young girls working shifts from 7.30am-6.30pm. My auntie worked in a council nursery for years but retired early because of how horrendous it is these days. No support for ASN children, no support for staff, tit money, expected to do shifts that mean you can’t cover your own childcare. Long, long boring hours mostly with hardly any resources. I can’t stand Becki but I don’t blame her for getting out of nurseries. The fact she is the type of person they employ, says it all. They literally can’t get anyone to work in them. And childminding is totally different these days too. So many rules and regulations to get funding, there’s a chronic shortage of them aswell. You would not be allowed to film for tiktoks with children in your care even if they weren’t on camera as you are supposed to be looking after the children, not filming Fanny pads in B&M!!!

Yeah bullying an apprentice! Guess they won’t give her a reference, that’s probs the issue tbh

@Spanor511 thanks for explaining about childcare. Sorry I just have memories of my 90s au pair dragging us around cafes and zoos doing not a lot, that’s my frame of reference 🙃 obvs things have changed

I don't think it's that deep tbh, she's lazy af and would rather stay in her garlic pit til lunchtime than get up at the crack of dawn to look after the yutes.
 
Was she not only part time aswell? My mother would have slapped me silly thinking I could get away with just working part time at her age under her roof.

That’s when the job was enjoyable for everyone, kids and staff. There was structure to the day, the children had a routine and knew their key worker would always be in. Such a shame these days. My kids loved going to nursery for three hours a day, I just couldn’t imagine leaving them for 10 hours but I understand some people have no choice. Instead of building super sized nurseries for over 100 children, and giving all these free hours away, the money should be invested so parents can stay at home longer with their kids if that’s what they would prefer.

On a serious note, I genuinely do not understand why she puts herself through this and keeps on posting. The vast VAST majority of her comments are just hate/piss taking/nasty, there's a very active tattle thread about how awful she is, a subreddit full of people who don't like her, even her own niece takes the piss these days. The only 'nice' comments she gets are from people who don't actually care whether she posts or not, to them she is just another tiktoker and her posts have no effect on their lives. Plus her content is so dull, nothing groundbreaking, nothing interesting, just completely asinine. What is the exact point? She can't be making much money. Is it literally just so that she doesn't have to have a proper job because she's lazy? I could not continue to put myself through this public humiliation instead of just getting a job.
