As ever, Beck Beck’s head size continues to amaze and baffle me at the same time.

If I were Becki I’d be taking a really hard look at my life right now. I’d be thinking “I’m about to turn 30, I haven’t really figured out who I am in life and what I want to do and I’m clearly unhealthy. I need to make some drastic changes.”

She has this massive platform of almost 400k people, she could use it to motivate her to make these changes. She could make so much interesting content and through that expand her platform even further and gain more support and make a real living from social media.

She could do the entire month of January only eating home cooked meals - she has the time. She could then track how much money she saved that she would have otherwise spent on takeaways.

She could do a monthly exercise challenge, get herself moving. She could even involve her young nieces and nephews.

She could be open about the mental and emotional challenges of being an obese person with a spotlight on you. Maybe she really doesn’t care to lose a drastic amount of weight but she needs to start taking care of herself.
