I can’t imagine getting the train to Barry was her first choice. I bet she hinted to the others they could visit her in the comfort of her own home town but they couldn’t be bothered/don’t care enough/made nice noises but it didn’t happen

Just proves how desperate she is too- she never would have travelled that far for a family event (that didn’t involve Paige). I suspect she wanted to get there as fast as possible hence the train- she could have driven the car for an excuse to fill it with food
