Didn’t realise just how big she actually is! She can’t be comfortable at all, she’ll be brown bread within 5 years if she carries on the way she has been

She doesn’t need surgery, she would duck it up from the moment she gets back home.
She needs to see a GP/Dietician first and get her bloods etc done and see what will work best for her initially.
Most importantly she needs to do away with pretending she’s a big superstar and delete her Tiktok as it’s just full of people blowing smoke up her arse pretending she’s fine the way she is.
