Believed they didn't take her to a hotel and raped her? I think they'd have done more than just taken their word for that. That smacks of there being no evidence at all. I mean, there's all the DNA tests etc and the myriad of CCTV around town and the hotel itself, plus all the boys phones etc. That would've all been thoroughly examined.
