According to @perspectives who has all the receipts she didn't have the funds for the doctor (or anything else for that matter) but did it anyway, she's in debt. And why would she fly in a hairdresser that's ridiculous. Also if she has herpes but relies on her instagram and escorting for money why would she ever post the tablets exposing herself? Leaving the medication in this screenshot uncovered is oversight on her part, because she covered up the pill bottle and receipt, but failed to see the leaflet also mentions what medication it is.
