RG said he didn’t want to throw someone that unwell into jail. So she didn’t go to prison in real life, that bit was dramatised for the series

Perhaps he didn’t press charges, and/or the CPS decided not to pursue it. Nobody knows for sure because a lot of details haven’t been revealed.

The Netflix show is a fictionalised, dramatised version of a part of RG’s life. Some stuff has been added, some details have been changed, some stuff has been left out. Some of it will be ‘true’ (to a greater or lesser extent), but not all of it. A case in point being the ‘viral’ video of his on-stage breakdown, which no one has, as yet, managed to trace and which seemingly no one recalls ever seeing.

Some of these stalker stories are horrendous.
The law says a dog doesn’t need to bite you but if you feel threatened it can be classed as a dangerous dog. Person stalking you = Absolutely fine, unless they verbally threaten you.

I enjoyed (if that's the right word) the first three episodes, episode four (I think it was 4) took a very dark and disturbing turn, very uncomfortable watching, I nearly didn't finish watching the rest but stayed with it. The last few episodes were ok.
