Her whole demeanour is passively aggressive and focuses a lot on appearance, because apparently if you wear stretchy leggings you feel empowered.
Think she’s missing the point on what empowerment actually means or is 🥴

And she uses the most excessive filters ALL the time. I bet she’s got to the point where she believes she looks like that. It’s very sad.

The thing is, she looks ‘realer’ without the filters. I don’t want to see people looking perfect, I want to see them looking like I do at 7pm lol. But preferably with more clothes than a bra and knickers on!
 
This is such poor advice. Many small businesses do not have 7 days to burn through PPC budgets. You definitely shouldn’t be leaving ads for 7 days to let algorithms ‘optimise’, that’s a lazy and frankly uninformed way to spend a lot of money because you CBA to optimise your own advertising. Algorithm updates don’t optimise themselves. They are released and sometimes tweaked if there are obvious bugs but they don’t go live and just optimise over a week. I work in digital marketing including social media and it’s advice like this that has caused people to either burn through their marketing spends and/or lose faith in different forms of marketing that could work for them if done properly and run by people who have the time and care to do it properly. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Not some better quality reels that she’s been holding back then? No hope for a ‘gotcha’, you thought I was bad but I’m great type scenario? I wouldn’t pay her to film for you’ve been framed let alone my business!
 
Hold on wait have I missed something? ... She's telling people who want to sell their product they must depict that they are confident happy and not stressed mums?? For years she has used her business instagram as a place to vent her full personal stress and calling people out for telling her she's too negative and to stop moaning on her business instagram because this isn't why they followed her?

£199 for an hour 1:1 with her? No thanks.
I can’t think of anything worse to waste money on when trying to improve your business than paying for ‘advice’ from someone who has near non existent engagement on her ‘successful’ business, and has ‘scaled down’ one business so it’s completely different to the original business model because it flopped so badly. Where does she get the ID that she’s some kind of ‘expert’?!

I loved the original concept of O&A even if it’s price point was above what I’d spend on normal kids clothes. What the brand is now compared to what it was meant to be is so different, who honestly spends that much money on glorified leggings?!
 
I think she realised pdq with o and a that the actual takehome from these small businesses isn't worth dealing with. Shame someone with such expertise didn't work out the sums. She probably wasn't even earning minimum wage the amount of hours that went into it..
 
How do you people like her not have imposter syndrome?! I specialise in a very niche area and could probably charge that for an hours consultation - but I'd be dying with nerves that I wasn't 'good enough' - and that's with numerous qualifications and experience.
 
Professional business woman and marketing teacher releases reels of her badly singing to the spice girls - which persona are you actually going for Natalie?
