Natalie needs to understand men are not the enemy and that interaction didn't make her a victim or a martyr for 'speaking up' 
Also the picture encapsulates a lot , no Steve, eye fcking herself with her new face , new clothes and makeup ed and jewellery ...children like scruffs on old clothes that are roo small, dirty, washed out and and worn several days on repeats

I thought a capsule wardrobe was a smaller wardrobe with more wearable/durable pieces she’s using it as an excuse to just be selfish and keep biting herself things

I actually find women much worse for being aggressive and rude than men!
she’s fed up with men speaking to her that way (although not sure she can have much experience as she doesn’t actually do much!) but the guy was probably just fed up with a moronic “non Londoner” not understanding what she needed to do (but also not seeking help) and holding up his day!
You’re right that the capsule wardrobe seems to be an excuse to treat herself ALOT, whilst her children are wearing the same dirty, washed out, out of season clothes for days on end! It’s not a capsule wardrobe it’s an indulgent addiction to shopping she has……just a shame she is not addicted to buying things for her children.
Anyone think one of the twins has a real problem with his sinuses. Seems to always sound bunged up and it’s affecting his speech. Worry about that rather than dumb ass diets and ordering yourself bloods Natalie!

The manifestation list - why does she need to be 8.5 stone?! Like seriously, who in their mid-30's has that as a goal? She obviously doesn't want to build any muscle if she's determined to be that thin

what a weird story that was, her just staring at herself and looking like a zombie. Those boys have worn the same clothes for about 2 weeks now, do they only own those and school uniform?! She's the most selfish mother I've come across, building her "capsule" wardrobe whilst her children wear the same clothes every day, shorts and tshirt whilst it's cold and Annabelle's clothes barely fit her!!
