No wonder her hair is falling out, You ate maybe 1 portion of fruit/veg in those ‚meals’ you showed in that reel. It really does not look like a healthy, balanced, whole foods diet. Calories might be low but so is the nutritional value.

Argh it is so irresponsible to share that reel with followers who are vulnerable mums in the first few months postpartum. There is barely enough calories for a child in that day’s food, let alone an adult. She has an eating disorder!
