I haven't listened yet but if they are going on hiatus or whatever of course Jacob would be on the pod too. They still don't follow each other so...

Oh she is straight in there with the ownership - when I came up with this concept way back when...

Don't think Clem has anything positive to say about any man, let alone one politically different to her 🤷‍♀️
Not defending Caleb as have no idea what he is like beyond his conservative views, but Clem isn't always the most reliable judge of character IMO.

I'm surprised that JTG is going on 'hiatus', didn't see that coming. Bit odd that Jacob wasn't on the final podcast, or even record a goodbye message to play separately. Definitely makes things seem more tense than Rosie is letting on.

I didn't pick up on any tension even though it seems like it was tense for a while. What with the recent 200 celebration episode and overseas trip, definitely didn't expect the show to finish.

Yeah I think if it was that bad, one of them would have pulled out of the trip (or they would have sent someone else), so something must have happened on the trip…. Just listening to it now and Rosie sounds super sad and nervous, so something big must have happened.
 
Also let Rosie take the narrative, her concept, her idea, he was just a host.

I think that's a bit rich when he ran the show for months and months while she was sick. I think potentially that's where the tension came from. She came back, and it was The Rosie Show again, and maybe Jacob felt a bit done with that?

Yeah, I think she was really hammering the point home that it was her concept and her show and she trialled other co-hosts before Jacob. She was also clear the idea was that she would TELL the story and his job was to react. Then eventually he was allowed to tell stories too but it was a learning curve blah blah. When Rosie was off for such a long time I thought Jacob did an amazing job keeping it all running and I came to prefer his style of story-telling which feels more quietly empathetic. I definitely prefer his "dulcet tones".

I agree that he is probably unlikely to tell his side. It does sound like she's a larger than life personality who needs to be the focus and he maybe outgrew his sidekick role. Pure speculation but her starting the separate Breaking News thing might have been a power play. I wish them both all the best, but if either do a new podcast it's his I would listen to.

I was a long term fan of Rosie and I unfollowed her due to her relationship with that idiot Caleb Bond he’s early 20’s but no idea of his actual age. I can’t stand him, his old man conservative petunias thing isn’t cute or sweet it’s weird but he’s been like that since he was a teen.

Ending the podcast is quite sus I feel like Jacob pushed for more money but also not sure why she couldn’t continue without him? I didn’t listen to all of the last podcast.

My husband wouldn't even really know what an influencer was. No way he'd watch reality tv with me (well maybe something Survivor style but not Love Island).

It would be a of a lot of work to do two episodes a week and without Jacob to rely on not sure Rosie is mentally strong enough (just regarding her previous PTSD and other mental health struggles )to do it alone. He’d do it all when she’d take a mental health break.he seemed like a good and super supportive friend. Makes me so sad, I hope their friendship can recover.’
