I absolutely see this point of view and tend to agree with you but I think from the other side it comes from having a disabled child (I don’t have kids with special needs but siblings) and the sympathy that comes with that diagnosis and the friendships that can be lost because it’s “too hard” and all the tests that are done in pregnancy with the option to abort because of it (ie Down syndrome) it can feel like a slap in the face and a constant battle that if you’re thick in it a “healthy” baby can mean a neurotypical baby.

Adding on to the “good quality” comments which were poor taste. I think it cements how she perceives things. The more you spend, the better you get. Which doesn’t work in parenting, pregnancy or motherhood. She strikes me as a massive control freak brimming with anxiety.

This face… she is so over Victoria’s tit. This is when Vicky D was saying she ‘had’ to upgrade her private health insurance for a private birth. And this gal is just done with her nonsense.

(written as someone who did 2 private hospital/OB births, 2 elective caesarians, and fully supportive of her choice! But her phrasing is so icky… like there is absolutely no way she could use a public hospital. 🤡)

Her financial values are very clearly off their face. Typical influencer - happy to spend all the money on themselves but when it comes to their kids it’s gifted crap or spend as little as possible.
 
I realllllllly want to chat about the Bronwyn podcast by Hedley Thomas but I'm not sure this is the place? It's an investigative podcast about a beautiful Aussie mum who was surely murdered by her husband in 1983 - he told everyone she had mental issues and simply left. Is anyone listening and is this the place to chat about it? Happy Sunday 🙌🏼

Yes I’m following along intensely. I’ve listened to all his ones so far. It’s very intriguing.
Husband has for sure killed her. Are you in the Facebook group? Hedley & his staff run it and it’s got people like us asking questions and discussing. I’ll link for you if you like.

I hate this guy. Not sure why honestly, but his voice annoys me and I think he's such a pretentious idiot. I think he did good work on teachers pet, just couldn't stand listening to him 🤣
