Her advice. Drop everything just focus on your. Who give a heck if you've got kids etc just focus on yourself and duck off everyone else around you.

Wouldn't all love that, if that was something we could do everyday no one be stressed, over stimulated, anxious.. when you got kids who don't understand mummy is having a hard day you can't just drop everything and focus on yourself, if having these emotions you need learn to deal with them while still looking after your kids, that's part of being a parent...

It’s cause she puts her makeup on in the morning (so Kurt can do his kids breakfast) and then she goes about her day and then goes to the gym and does her 10 squats with her 2kilo dumbells and then showers and then the makeup is a mess for the rest of the day
