Why must they always take the lazy way out?? She’s THREE for fucks sake, put the kid in a bed and stop being so bleeping lazy! It’s going to be even more dangerous for her climbing out when she can’t use her legs. Cot instructions are to stop using them when their chests reach the rail or climbing out. We personally ignore the chest one because my just 2yo loves her cot and is nowhere near able to climb, but if she even tried to put her leg over she’d be out immediately.

Here’s an idea Spesh, take back your downstairs bedroom. Give Mila your upstairs bedroom by herself so she can have a decent night sleep for once. You and Durty sleep downstairs in your old bedroom where your two young kids who can’t sleep through the night are in ear shot and don’t climb stairs in the dark MOTN. When your kids can all sleep independently in their old beds switch back with Mila. Or don’t and let the poor kid get some rest and lose the under eye bags. Your little content babies deserve better.
 
Milas room.. That room in general is such a dumb place for a bedroom. Why would you go for that when building a house?
It's practically off the kitchen
I would have had all 3 bedrooms round the side of the house where the other bedrooms are and the utility put to where Milas room is
Imagine being Regan in a bed and getting up at night. How terrifying would that be for such a little kid to be up at dark o'clock and have to make your way through the house to get to someone

Especially when she knows that mummy & daddy sleep together in the same bed & Mila and Lincoln sleep together in the same bed.. surely she would wonder why is she by herself at the other end of the house! Of course she is going to want to join either party!

This is so dangerous!! My 18 month old daughter is very tall so I had to transition her into a bed. It took 4 nights of being patient and walking her back into her bed before she got the hang of it. They are absolute twits if they think a 3yr old doesn't understand the concept of a bed. God they are irritatingly stupid!!!!!!
 
Do they have a baby monitor for the kids? Or at least for R?

My kids transitioned to beds what would br considered on the later end of the scale… but neither of them climbed out and they genuinely loved their cot 😆 😆
But had they had started climbing I would of switched them sooner as that’s the logical thing to do

Someone mentioned above about the dangers of these poor kids navigating stairs in their sleep… absolutely! I’m feeling rattled today by their lazy approach to parenting 😑

there is 4 beds downstairs post Reno.

they should move back into the master downstairs, then have rehab and Lincoln in the front two bedrooms near the front door.

and mila can have the office/bedroom which currently has the sauna in it.

the upstairs master can be the new office/craft/“me time” room for all their garbage.

in 5 years when the kids are 12, 10 and 8, they can move upstairs.

but kieara is a horrible human being who wants privacy to straddle Kurt in the daytime for 20 seconds so can’t possibly have their bedroom downstairs so it’s up to poor mila to look after the 2 kids and wake up everyday looking exhausted.

Call me a crazy parent but am I the only one who wouldn't be able to sleep being that far away from my 3 and 5 year olds? 🫠🫠🫠 The thought would not enter my head to build a parent's retreat upstairs at this age 🤯

Oh yeah I completely forgot about the 4th bed downstairs that’s a catch all for all their junky crap 🤦‍♀️ I just cannot get over the absolute incompetence of these two, it’s mind boggling.

Absolutely not. I could not sleep knowing my kids were on the ground floor and first port of call for an intruder/robber.
Plus I want to hear them if they’re sick or call out in the middle of the night. They’re both fucked in the head.

How they even think this ok just doesn’t compute with me! Especially when EVERYONE knows the kids are downstairs and by themselves, know the layout of the house and most likely the house. Scary tit if you ask me. BUT these cluster fucks just keep on tasting chocolates, spicy sauce and playing with plastic bottles for what they think is entertainment.

There’s is vlog uploaded on 7th April 2021, called * WE ARE IN UNFINISHED HOUSE TOUR* and she shows Regan in her own room at the front of the house, at 3min mark she says mila and Lincoln are sharing, and then shows her and Kurt sleeping upstairs.

Regan is born in December 2020.
Lincoln is born in August 2018.
Mila is born in September 2016.
The above are rough dates based on vlogs she uploaded celebrating their birthdays.

so when her and Kurt moved upstairs in April 2021, Regan was 4 months old, Lincoln was 2 years 9 months, mila was 4 years 4 months.

So her and Kurt were sleeping upstairs and at the other end of the house of a 4 month old.

keep in mind these are also two idiot parents who have hundreds of thousands of people who know their exact floorplan and house layout and that Regan was in a front bedroom near a main road.
