I thought her how to declutter and organise video was quite laughable. How can you give tips when she herself admitted that it's the first move in 20 years or something! How can people feel confident enough to share tips with something you're learning yourself (or hiring people to do for you !! ) ?

She’s had someone help her to de junk the clutter she’s hoarded since marriage though as well.

I get the feeling Si does nothing

Bearing in mind their move is done slowly , she should with si’s help be able to do more themselves imo

Also bearing in mind they appear to be moving because they have money problems . Yet are installing new kitchens , new ish Aga etc etc

I wonder how her cooking will be on a reconditioned Aga. They aren’t always set to the right temperatures and people often struggle compared to a proper new Aga . Also if she has a problem with that Aga she has little backup . I think that’s a corner she shouldn’t have cut . The old type Agas were never made to be reconditioned into electric models .

I recon money is tight they’ve sold up to release equity in there house to help afford the school fees etc. once the kids have finished school they will probably look to buy the rental. It’s 17,000 a term for the fees for both boys. I recon they have money and with out the fees they would be ok financially. I just don’t think they would take the kids out of private school and have sacrificed the home to facilitate this. there paying over 100k a year for there kids to go to private school that’s a lot of money especially on top of all the other life expenses. Her money troubles probably aren’t the usual money troubles people have.

I think her mum probably had some money but she passed away a while ago and was probably shared out between her and her brother. She owns her mums house so probably paid the brother the money to keep the holiday house. Si probably did have family money but because of his age I think his parents probably passed away a long long time ago and money was probably spent possibly on there house.

Yeah, it's a posh way of being a housewife and mummy. She has a lady who does her ironing and light cleaning. Di who does her bidding (anything from horses, house sitting, walking the dogs, turning the b&b, to anything Charlie asks). A gardener who also does some handy work for her.... Often people of her nature do this. They live by the rule 'if you don't ask you won't get'. They ask for a favour and call you their friend so they don't need to pay you for said favour.

Si doing the most as per…

It’s kind of disastrous though imo for her to have to move out of a much loved home .

I never saw it coming

She’s having to make a fair few compromises now.

meanwhile I’m not surprised she’s had hassle buying stables and not promptly taking them away .

whilst the seller sounds very unreasonable , I also think she’s taken daft risks not taking her goods sooner .
