Hey Ash, instead of dragging your baby and toddler out and about to events that are overwhelming for them and clash with nap times, on the few days that they’re at home with you and likely need some quality time and to decompress, here are some ideas:

- bake and decorate Christmas cookies. Egg will go everywhere, sprinkles will be eaten, it’s all ok.
- make Christmas cards with finger paints and stickers. Just get a wipe clean table cloth and let them get creative.
- go for a long slow walk where you just splash in puddles and talk about bleeping leaves.
- get some fake snow balls and chase Alf round the house having a snowball fight. He needs the running practice but… careful near the stairs.
- make Christmas tree decorations with salt dough and/or lollipop sticks. You will need to allow them in the front room to hang them though.

Lovely day x

She doesn't know how to just "be" and potter around the house.

She's either out and about, overwhelming those kids and not giving them routine or they're home, locked in the pen staring at the TV like zombies.

Because neither her or TNB cook or clean, those kids haven't experienced sitting in the kitchen listening to their parents ramble on about what they're doing, following behind around the house with a duster, roaming free around their home etc. They don't eat together so don't get that family interaction or learning how to use cutlery.

It's so desperately sad that she thinks it makes her a great mum because she can give the luxuries but is spectacularly failing at meeting the basic needs of those children.

@piquant I'm really sorry to hear what you went through. Hope everything is ok now.

Midnight Rambler had lot of tea and insider goss... do we think something happened?

She did say that her source was going to stop (was leaving maybe?) but i was worried she’d been found out.
I hope she knows it’s not just the tea we miss her for

I've had to change my name (but it's Cariad here)and I've had to be cautious about what I post due to some unwanted attention from another 'influencer' who contacted my work and family ....don't care now as I've finally retired and my family don't do social media!
but I have been keeping up to date with Ms James's despicable antics

As if being called a slut-shamer by Ash wasn’t enough! Hope you’re okay

That’s how we spent this afternoon. And I hate crafts! A load of plain wooden shape decorations from amazon, plus salt dough ones we’d made. Then chalk pens, glitter glue, PVA glue, sequins and pom poms. Mine is 5 so older than Alf, but we spent ages doing the same when he was just 2 and just 3.

I have the rolls of paper from Amazon, just tape that to the table and chuck it after! Packing paper is good too. No effort clear up.

Salt dough is too much effort for Ash but even she could manage this. Just Christmas trees and finger paint blobs for baubles would be great for Alf if she really can’t do more than that.

Yeah I had the BEST day with my 2 year old today doing these things. We laughed so much and she kept telling me how happy she was 🥹 love those wooden decorations! Will be doing those next year for sure. It’s wild to me that Ashley will put so much effort into making reels no one asks for and so little into creating magic and connection with her children

Troll.
nobody told her she would need to put effort into child rearing.

Remember when she claimed she was decorating the porch for Halloween because she was “extra” for her kids….. then got upset when Alf wanted to play with the decorations because they took him trick or treating to their own house?! 🥴
