Let’s face it if she’d had Ada first, there would be no Alf. She had Ada to have another spin at motherhood as it didn’t click with Alf. There’s no way Alf isn’t going to become aware of her attitude towards him pretty soon. Subconsciously I’m sure he realises already.

And ‘been around the world?’ I know Ada has been to the Netherlands, but no further?!

I don’t really know anything about Fern McCann but looking at the Daily Mail article pictures, she looks great breastfeeding. Very natural, very clearly breastfeeding but without showing her whole breast or the baby sucking. Although Ash is happy to get her kit off with strangers, most people want to save it for friends and family. I think it’s really important to show breastfeeding in public and on tv but show it in a way that most women would be happy to do.

SPL have had a fair amount of backlash in their attitudes towards breastfeeding/breastmilk, calling for their media team to re-think the reel they’ve put up. You could see Steph getting grossed out talking about it Good to see she did it in a classy not for the male gaze way though.

and yeah, Ada isn’t a newborn. The only reason she’s falling asleep while she’s eating is because she must be bleeping shattered, and probably only gets put down down for a nap is when she’s beyond exhausted because she has NO SCHEDULE.

That picture is haunting. How can Ash see that and not have her heart break? Watching Ashley parent makes me feel like I care and worry TOO much, a picture like that would devastate me. I’d be running to the child minders and taking that baby home to bed with me.

Red flag for me was yesterday when they were filming Alf for no reason. He looked so confused and uncomfortable having a phone in his face AGAIN. Nurseries don’t allow staff to have phones on them so why are these women just sat on theirs for no reason?

Agree! ‘Blueberries pop in and out very quickly’ like wtf, plus it also makes it sound like their whole
When anyone with half a brain cell would know they should squished at Ada’s age which to me would mean you wouldn’t ‘pop in and out’ as they’d be squishy/juicy?
