But remember Caroline Flack dated Harry Styles when she was 31 and he was only just 17 although it's alleged she was actually his beard because he was actually seeing her flatmate Nick Grimshaw

That whole section was like that, she was just rapidly firing off stats whilst looking down at a page, it was so at odds with the others on the panel who were just, well… chatting, like normal people.

It was like a first job interview as a teenager when you’re trying to prove you’ve done your research on the company and just nervously blurt out stats with no context.

Surely they can't ask her back after this, she was quite awful

Yes this struck me as well! The others were just having a conversation and didn’t need any notes or prompts. Whereas she kept looking down and shoving random one liners in there. The others also work together all the time and were so comfortable with each other. She stuck out like a sore thumb. She was even cringey in the cooking segment when she was eating at the side.
 
Why would I take postnatal physio advice from an unqualified Z listed influencer , who can't even remember the advice she's been given despite having the privilege of seeing a postnatal "pelvic health" physio
"we don't gate-keep"....what utter crap, doing any of these exercises without proper, in person assessment is asking for trouble
Her saying she recommends paying to see a physio ( at a cost of £500 +) just reeks of privilege

If you’re nervous about giving unqualified advice and demonstrating bad form… just don’t, then.

Seriously, just put a link up to somewhere with proper guidance, make your recommendation and save yourself the hassle and humiliation. Spend the time you’ve wasted on this ‘shoot’ with your kids, or your male housemate, or that bee.

It’s all just so aimless, yet again
 
Was that her shoot today? A bleeping ‘exercise’ reel? I only put 2 and 2 together with her too small a fit leggings story today. They look like the same ones.

I’m sure Marta is thrilled that whilst she charges hundreds for this advice and exercises, Ash has just given them away for free on a reel to look like she’s benefitting us peasants who can’t afford one.

As for SPL…bleeping shocking. It’s only a matter of time before she spins being neurodiverse bullshit story as to why she needs booklets of paper for ‘presenting’ and says the tit she does! Let’s insult those people as well as ACTUAL sober people with being ‘sober curious’.

Her life revolves around Tattle and us 🫶🏼😂 The whole garden story was weird. She’s so off the mark with sarcasm. Same with the her assistant going off to get married… it’s fine… we know you’re joking. Calm your tits.
