This answer also really, really bothered me. I eat and drink what I want in pregnancy. It's just such an ignorant statement.
I have had family members who drank through their pregnancies and tried to pressurise me into drinking when I was. I refused. But, I've seen how first hand alcohol affects the baby. And also, risk of toxoplasmosis / listeria is REAL. In my opinion, if you cannot give up alcohol or foods which carry risk for 9 months, then you are far too selfish to be a mother.
Although, we all know that Ash is selfish, so she will do what she wants and to damn with any consequences that could harm her unborn babyllike travelling to a remote Zitka island at 30 weeks pregnant because she NEEDED a holiday.

How can you recommend something that you didn't even use?! HOW? I am baffledSo now she's talking about anyone planning a vaginal birth to get an Epi-no device to prevent tearing during birth ( cost £99) ....apparently she'd recommended to use one when pregnant with Alf , but didn't bother using it asof courseAshley know best...her mantra "what's the worst that could happen" ....and what happens , she tears and is still harping on about how she was stitched incorrectlyshe wasn't!
How does she know it works if she didn't use it in the first place

and she doesn't provide any data to back up her claims that it prevents perineal tearing ....or which countries provide better post natal care!
I did find this trial abstract which actually shows it does not provide any benefit!....yes Ash, I have done my researchbecause that's actually my job!
