Did she say Alf has just learned to use a spoon?! At 2?! I know kids develop differently but a spoon is basic fine motor skill, he’ll have been capable of that for a year surely. It’s just their laziness if he’s not learned previously because they’ve not introduced it on his diet of cheese & melon.
A spoon at 2 is not ‘big boy’ and she’d do well to stop babying him with another imminent.

The slide video the other day on her knee, you could see where his foot nearly caught which is why do many kids break their legs. For engagement no doubt. Bad parenting is ok apparently as long as people message to tell her.
