From what I’ve heard she’s always been arrogant. Her goal in life is to be famous.

From a legal standpoint, they are actually running a charity, and not a foundation. The differences between the two come down to how the funds were raised. Foundations fund usually come from one source (a wealthy individual in some cases) where as charity funds come from 'the public'. They have simply named the charity 'T A Foundation', which in itself is very misleading. If they referred to it as a 'charity' more, I'm sure alot more eyebrows would be raised!

Ashley’s sister in law, Nicky is a lawyer and I believe his brother is too, I might be wrong but I’m sure I read a while back, that he was, he’s the brother that nobody sees apart from a few pics from Azaylias day, he’s a solicitor, or something to do with law. Not sure what type or if they have had any input in advise.

Heartbreaking. I’m so sorry for them. GMF is such a bastard of a tumour. Terrible outcome for adults and children. I hope that as proton therapy becomes more widespread it can help.
I feel so sad for the family.

I hope TAF/Ash/Saf/Georgina don’t appropriate their grief and make it about them.

Yes, I'm sure Nicky is. I'm really surprised that they continue to behave this way considering all the red tape around charity's. To be fair, law is so broad, they may not be generalists, perhaps they specialise in specific areas such as contract or commercial law.

People get really confused with charity's and think they can be run anyhow, but they are treated differently as the money is often from the 'public', so trustees can be reprimanded and even ban from being trustees again if they are found to be behaving badly.

Are they a charity? I have a feeling they’re a not for profit organisation (NFPO). It’s going to allow them to get away with more stuff I think. Although Saf regularly calls it a charity…

I think that’s going to be about the size of it, it’ll be a subs-based service, with a percentage going to TAF, who will no doubt them fund the expenditure for thr fund raising challenges

Can we find out what TAF actually are?
As in, are they a charity, foundation or NFPO?
They claim to be a charity, have foundation in their name and Non Profit Organisation on their IG page.

I’ve always said that Ashley assumed he could run it like his many dodgy business’s, with his “mate” throwing the accounts together a day before they were due.
