Not Athole gardens but another gardens close by. It’s been removed from the small agents website but the video is still live though.
 
My friend viewed this (she thinks) and said it was really run down, and home report was no where NEAR 300k, surely that’s not what they sold it for???

I think that seems crazy as well. Cant believe the offers over being £260k. Theres a zoopla result for a Yates hellier flat in that street showing o/o £135k, seems about right. she still prob paid £200k.

Yup it’s bad.. I seen the pictures and it was a total dump- I’m so glad my friend never got it, she was relived in the end I think as it needs so much work done to it
But yeah it’s not a safe area at night apparently she spoke to one of the neighbours and they said that 😬

What area is it? I haven’t been able to find the video you guys mentioned!
 
I’m not going to write someone’s address here but it’s easy to find given the info above.

Area: west end of Glasgow, a gardens near Athole gardens
Flat: 1 bedroom
Agent: Yates Hellier
 
My friend is in Dubai on hols so can’t ask her what the exact price was anyone know what the asking price? I can’t see the video or the link online but then I don’t know Glasgow so not sure what I’m looking for 😂

The heart of the west end isn’t a dangerous area. The reason it’s went for so much is due to the location. Also offers over doesn’t include the home report. So could be offers over 220k but home report 230/240k. Then due to the sought after location could easily go to a bidding war up to 300k.
