Well the mid Jan promise of release happening on the 2nd week of March drop ship proves she really has no idea. Playing shops is hard loveths.

  • Whether the provider is carrying on a financial services business in the jurisdiction.

Definition of financial product
Australian law adopts a functional approach to the assessment of whether something is a financial product. Under s 763A of the Corporations Act, a financial product is a facility through which a person does one or more of the following:

  • makes a financial investment;
  • manages financial risk; or
  • makes non-cash payment.
As can be seen, the definition is very broad.

Crypto assets such as NFTs will also be classified as a financial products under s 764A of the Corporations Act if they are securities, interests in a managed investment scheme or derivatives.

AFS License required…??? It certainly sounds like it Scammie?!

Oh....Scammie really is new to this "business" stuff isn't she, despite telling us all about her gLObAL BIzNessEs? She is "smashing out admin" wearing her blue light glasses all over the place. She is so that person who gets their "first real job" and goes shopping for fake glasses and a leather compendium to make themselves look important. I love that she thinks "doing admin" is being a HUGE, PHENOMENAL BIZNESS BABE. My job is NOT admin, I have an admin team to do admin but there are "admin" things that only I can do as they need my specific knowledge/language/interpretation and I do that before work, during my lunch break (while I scoff a sandwich) and after what I view as my "real" work! I also don't work on holidays....and I take lots of them and who the duck wants to work on holidays?!

She is just so excited by playing shops and offices it's hilarious and if it was someone else I would think Bless their cotton socks....but it's not. It's Scammie.

It’s so funny these MLM babes try and sell working on a holiday as a good thing? That’s my idea of hell? And I think it would be most peoples idea of hell? But they sell it like “look I get to work from this beach front in the Maldives!” And it’s like… who cares? That’s literally tit? LOL!? You’re in the Maldives? Go and swim and drink cocktails and eat yummy food and explore???? No idea how people get sucked into thinking that’s such a goal to work on holidays?!
