My friends are personal trainers and they only do this to show rapport, think of it as resume building. You must have consent from the client as well as approval of what you are going to post, and also obviously ask if they want their face blurred or not. A lot of people decline but a few who agree either don’t have social media or don’t care because it’s a one time thing. However trainers are more into posting before and afters as they hold more significance and reel more clients in, starting off with your own before and afters (to show you can do it) and then you’re clients (to show you can teach others how you did it). Haven’t seen Ivan post any of those yet, but I also cannot verify as I don’t have access my Instagram right now since my phone is locked in a box. Hopefully Ivan is being considerate and isn’t taking a page out of Anna’s book by disrespecting people’s privacy

Again, coming back to the system of legit gyms, if you have membership, you've got a good selection of trainers there and the gym verifies their education in the field and that they're legit. Still does not guarantee quality, but in the network of gyms I attend it's definitely this way. And referencing trainers usually works in a way that a client posts their picture or story if they want to and the trainer shares it in their stories or posts. Or the clients even tag the trainer - this way, it's understood it's legit and with the consent of the client. What Ivan does doesn't sit well with me, I would not take him on as a trainer based on that solely. Oh, and also because of those stupid novelty exercises with weird equipment and strange movements that do nothing in the end.

She pays for it though because she's doing useless exercises that's damaging her body in the long run. Ivan is not a legitimate trainer in my eyes because it seems like he hasn't paid attention to any of the valuable aspects on how to communicate with a client, or even the most basic class, how and what exercises to prescribe. He seems like typical euro trash with few to no braincells, no different than Anna. Has the means to get educated but doesn't utilize the resources at hand. Her style is also the same: mismatched. But I appreciate she has her own style personality, a little more colorful than the typical Swiss person. She’s a model from Russia now based in Dubai and also sells eyelashes + clothes. However she’s kind of ditched her clothing brand and doesn’t promote here eyelashes at all.

Well I wouldn’t let anyone with his calves to train me No body shaming. His calves are not defined at all = for me a low quality workout. Either he skips that part of his body on purpose or doesn’t know how to build a good workout program.
