Well, I think that firstly, no matter how refined, classy, beautiful, successful and educated you are, so many things are down to luck. There are people who work hard in life and don't get anywhere and there are people who barely do anything and get everything.
There are so many people who never married or had kids or a successful business/career who deeply wanted to (in all walks of life, all the time).
Secondly, I honestly think that apart from luck, Aija is just a terrible choice. I don't know when Lauren Amiri landed her guy or more about that Charlotte woman, but Aija looks awful due to all the procedures she's done and has a serious lack of education, does she even have a A levels/high school diploma? Charlotte for instance at least looks good (little to no procedures and it's not down to age, as there are many Charlotte's age and younger already fcked up) and Lauren way overdid it, her nose is horrendous, but before all that she was beautiful and I assume she had her nose taken off after she met Mr. A..
Thirdly, by and large I think Aija has nothing to offer. According to this board and herself in the past, she doesn't particularly like/enjoy sex, doesn't keep up with current events, doesn't seem to have any intellectual interests, doesn't appear to have any type of hobby, so with all that how would you even keep a relationship going as sugar baby or girlfriend or wife?? With that type of profile you better settle for "average Joe" (what is an "average Joe" in her view anyway and why is he so lacking? Because when I think about it, I'd say the "average Joe" of her mind is exactly the same as her.. No money, no career, no intellectualism, no nothing..) or you work as prozzie (i.e. clients per engagement and not one continuous client like a sugar baby has).
Fourthly, how many gold diggers are there and how many available men? Further, out of all the gold diggers, how many are escorts? Meaning, the chances of someone like that landing a big fish are incredibly slim. There are women who are gold diggers who bring quite a lot to the table, gold diggers are to be found among the rich, too (rich marrying rich).
Out of all the gold diggers, someone might make it. The chances are low. But a prozzie gold digger's chances of making it are even slimmer than other's.
And Aija just has nothing at all to offer. It would take insane luck and some real schmuck for her to land a big fish.

Yeah, I probably shared someone. Because in those scenes, girls get passed around. If you do a nice "job", it's one of two: someone wants you for themselves or they "recommend" you.
She had nothing to show for it. Dinners, yachts, vacations and all that: sure. But me for example, got a job and investment from a guy. Not a big whale, but def millionaire. And that is how I got out. Other girls got out too.
She got enough to go by, but never saw her in a long term SB relationship. I have asked around and some girls said she tried being a Madame in London and disguised it as "match making".
She hates sex. I don't know why and I respect her reasons. She just saw it as transaction, but when we would give sex tips or tell stories she would stay mute. She mentioned she had to fake orgasms and moans. Men know. Especially they pay, they still want someone who's a good time, more if you are not great looking.
If you go into the sex business and your only goal is to marry someone out of that or have as sugar daddy, then, how long can your "career" even go? When you do sex work in these circles you try to make connections and try to enter into another legit business, like here described.
No mistress ever in the history managed to live off of solely her sex work for life, but set up other enterprises (or historically married off her kids well, which I suppose is "another enterprise").
If your sole goal is "I want to land a rich guy", then yeah, I'd say you set yourself up for failure.
Don't forget that those people aren't some teenagers working side jobs, they are educated in hotel management or hospitality, so they do it with respect as it's their main job and career. Especially when they have landed jobs in such high-class hotels where gossiping about other guests could potentially end their contract. Trust me, higher management talks with clients all the time so if you duck up, they know. One bartender once got tit for something that a guest saw or heard (can't remember) from the other side of the room, which the guest thought was unprofessional. One waitress got fired for her attitude. We had to behave at all times.
