The third screenshot you posted, the one about the "tiny shower" -- it looks like a handheld bidet sprayer, not a shower head. The small nozzle & the low placement near the toilet, I've never seen a shower head that low & tiny.

How would a real, educated and resourceful women find out about this app in the first place? It wasn't promoted anywhere, except her youtube and ig profile. And I doubt it that successful and affluent ladies watch her channel... They don't need it, they won't look for information like this, even if they find her video by mistake they wouldn't stick with this lady for long, 'cause she's fake and you can feel it through the screen : )

Good morning,
Decided to take a break from my new gym routine, as I’m literally exhausted and have my entire body in muscle pain.
Monday I did an all body work out, tuesday Abs and wednesday glutes.
Today I just want to recover my strength as to be honest it’s been a difficult start for me. At times while being in the gym I’ve felt weak, light headed and that I’m going to faint.

Afterwards when I’m home, the productivity level of my work goes down to zero because it feels like a truck has run over me.

Damn, this is not why I work out . I want to gain energy and feel endorphins, not like I’m a walking zombie.
But I’ll see how it goes next week, I know of experience that the first 1-2 weeks are always pain & struggle until your body gets in to the rhythm. So patience is king!
