As far as accent is concerned, you are right at saying Anna's accent is more of a Russian one. Her accent DOES NOT IDENTIFY with the Swedish ones. Some of you mentioned that her acquired accent is UK, but upon listening to the accent of UK people, there is a rise and fall onto it. Same with Swedish people. Stellan Skarsgård and his sons Alexander and Bill, Pewdiepie, Zara Larsson, Victoria Silvestadt and some Swedish Youtubers I am currently checking nowadays have rise and fall to their accent --- some are similar to UK accent, some are near, if not totally, American accent. I even watched a sample interview of Ingrid Bergman interviewed in English and her accent is not even the same as Anna Bey. Ingrid's is near to UK accent.
I am not an accent expert despite working for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) companies for years. Fact is, despite me trying to sound like an American or Australian, mine still slides back to Filipino accent (I am a native to the Philippines, that's why). However, if you take a look at Anna's case, let's say she started living in Sweden starting age of 4, so, if she has spent her entire life (childhood to late teens) in Sweden, then, her accent in speaking English should be nearly the same as the Swedish personalities I have mentioned. Another thing I would like to mention is that she sounds too breathy. Hers is near to the likes of Anfisa Arkhipchenko of 90-day Fiancé, though Anfisa's accent is now improving, and has more relaxed tone compared to Anna. The way Anfisa sounds does not try so hard to sound sexy.
Meanwhile, I found this Youtuber and while she bears a bit of Estonian accent but she sounds more of American.
Lesson Learned: Never ever deny your heritage.

BryanBoy never denied he is a Filipino, despite being able to navigate the American fashion and entertainment scene, though some of it thru dubious means.
