She said she didn't want to be stuck in school any longer and didn't know what she wanted to do with her life. That's fair enough when you're a teenager but she could, at any point, have returned to Sweden and continued her education for free at a university - she evidently wasn't averse to further study the whole time because she spent a year or so taking an internet marketing course at a trade school

I think Bank Audi’s PR team found Tattle. I googled them. They are a conservative bank founded in Lebanon in the 1800s in the age of horses and buggies. They have branches in Lebanon, Saudi, Qatar, Turkey, Egypt, (and Dubai, Home of the Human Porta Potty!). They are backed by Deustche Bank and Chase Manhattan Bank. This is probably the most socially controversial bank y’all can think of. It might as well be called Bank of Mormon or Bank of Latter Day Saints.

When Panama papers broke out a scandal erupted with a branch of a sister bank they had to clean up. They are finally out of the woods and have been rated the best bank in Lebanon. ..... then comes Anna Bey.

I would betcha they told Anna Bey’s crew to go silent after they found the topless photos on Tattle. I bet their Saudi clients won’t like that. So they told her she can’t post new videos until we forget about her and has to recycle and not post on Instagram.

If Karim, BTF, and Anna Bey are all silent looks like it came from corporate. I don’t think these morons can figure that out themselves independently.

Btw Joseph also gives me really un-smart vibes, sure he might be booksmart enough to get his way in as a head of something at Bank Audi, but man, being associated and actually married to someone like Anna. Maybe he was too desperate for a cover story because homosexuality would unfortunately just be heinous in the Middle East, so a blonde Western women as his wife = good enough for him. The new account is private. They could have told him to make a new account and not add people he doesn’t know. Kareem didn’t delete his account but went private. It smells like corporate told them to lay low for a while, hoping we’ll get bored and go away. That is why mama Raty got triggered. She really didn’t care about us that much before or she wouldn’t have posted on her daughter’s gram.

Seems they just told them to lay low, keep their social media ultra private and only have in real life friends in their social media. Lebanese I am told are more like Italians than Saudis. The knuckle heads bosses’ are not likely to be sharia compliant either but keep a low profile socially so they can take Saudi money. Kareem, Bassem, Anna, Lina Palestina, and Joseph remind me of the cast of Jersey shore.

I’ve never really thought this conversation was even about Aija Räty or Anna Bey specifically. To me, it’s a conversation about protecting other women from losing their money to a scam. Anna Bey has lied to her followers for years and has used her lies to exploit women and girls. She used her biggest lie (that she was already married to an affluent man) to convince women, including low-income women in developing countries, to hand over obscene amounts of money. As a lawyer, Aija’s mom should understand that this is a bigger conversation about morality and ethics - the same “ideas” that she says great people discuss. Yeah, I might joke about Anna’s cheap grandma clothes every now and then, but for me it’s about being a person in a position of privilege (I’m highly educated and I have a job that probably pays as well as Joseph in a developed country) doing what I can to protect other women who don’t have all of my good fortune. I want to live in a world where every woman can get an education, has opportunities to develop critical thinking skills, faces no employment barriers and can achieve success on her own terms.

Since he knows that his account had a ton of followers who are also posting on here, there is no way for him to selectively block the right people. In order to cut our access immediately, best thing was to disable his account and start over with a similar name so that people that actually know him could easily find him.

He’s not hiding because of something he did (so it makes sense that he wants to use the same name).. he’s hiding because of something he got dragged into/ was associated with. So, the easiest thing is to wipe the account that’s compromised and start new.

Mama Raty, if you truly know how to love your girl, this is not healthy and the way to go at all. Trust me, there is a certain proper path to take in life that isn't as bad as the one Aija Raty is on right now. Where is her true love or life companion? Where is her true useful occupation to society? Where is her respectable reputation? Let's say these don't matter to you and you'd only care about money at the end of the day, is she REALLY making money in a sustainable or proportionate way? Seriously, if Mama is just going to further enable Aija's ways like this then we're all just really waiting for the tit show. Shrugs.

She is the OG Rat, you know? And the one who let loose this alien creature called Aija on this world.

I was hoping for a passive aggressive fight that would result in a brawl on the streets but blood is Thicker than water (and Aija's sheep's brains) and now Aija is once again the Apple Hourglass of Erin's eyes.

This beautiful emotional story brings tears to my eyes.
