I’m assuming the young ones who start at 16 are required to go to college so they most likely are if they start with her straight after leaving school but I totally believe sammy jo isn’t qualified to teach I know how much effort it is to get a qualification to teach eyelash extensions from one of my friends she actually had to do a course for months on an evening after work to be an accredited trainer so id imagine it would be the same with hair / probably more strict as its more regulated then lashes / beauty.
 
Did you see her video of packing her case? Looks like she’s taking a case full of cheap polyester PLT shite as always. Nothing good quality or long lasting in sight.

in a nutshell this jemma accused SJ dad of sexual harassment after he tried to sack her. She also got sacked cause of that fight in magaluf like the cousin but bev said ir was also due to ashleigh injecting her with tanning solution in the staff room and swearing on the phone. It was found bev never gave her a proper warning for the latter two incidents.

also another argument that the staff were not aware the cctv picked up sound in the staff room and bev had been spying on her/others via the cctv by not telling them she turned the sound on. Claimant says the sign for the cctv was only put in after she left.

also issues of bev getting the other girls to write false/exaggerated statements about the character of the claimant

God I’ve never known a salon to have so many issues like this in a court 🤣

I’ve always wondered why her and Ashleigh fell out. Ashleigh is stunning and seems to be from a nice family. Sammy Jo is clearly jealous of her and it’s clear Ashleighis not a fan of the rough chavs With money. The WhatsApp about Matty believing everything they say 👀👀👀👀👀
Just a typical rough family who preach about loyalty which actually just means they’ll fall out with anyone who dares to disagree with them.

How pathetic and embarrassing that Bev and Sammy Jo run the salon but had to get Matty in to do the suspensions 😂😂😂😂😂 it’s so laughable. They don’t know how to run a business other than Bev barking round like a fishwife and Sammy Jo going for blowdrys and making tik toks 😂😂😂😂 the whole thing is comical

I definitely think it’s been a toxic environment and they’ve decided they didn’t like this one girl then scrambled round for anything else against her they can think of, such as the tanning injections and the argument on the phone with her boyfriend.

I’m screaming at Bev having her hair pulled in Magaluff that’s what you get for trying to be pally with 17/19 year olds instead of being a professional manage who rises above petty squabbles between staff. Soooo cringe.

Sammy's brother's wife. They got married in Ibiza. She used to work at longlox but then left and opened her own lash business. Apparently her and sammy fell out after she left longlox.

She's the one who in the court documents was sending what's apps to that girl saying Matty hates her and he is believing everything his family said.
