I actually think she used to be really pretty when her makeup was subtle/natural and her hair was genuine quite nice! Now she just looks greasy and dirty all the time

Yeah I agree, in the top right picture in particular she looks really pretty, also that outfit suits her so much more than anything she wears nowadays!
