Everything with her is always OTT. Tacky is 100% the vibe and it just makes everything look cheap or unnecessarily slutty. The thing is, whilst I agree that toning down the makeup and not having as OTT a style would be much classier and look nicer, I think she genuinely just wants as much attention as possible and is trying to get that validation. I think she's really lost sight of what she looks like.. Serious body dysmorphia. She has played around with filler so much too that the image she sees of herself is warped and she can only add more and more to get the effect she thinks she needs..which imo as an objective person makes her look very odd and plastic. She was prettier before she started getting addicted to all the fillers etc but was always fairly ordinary looking in her early modelling days
