I think it’ll be interesting to see how her weight loss goes after Orlando because this seemed to be her main and only reason to lose weight (even if by more medical means) which for an adult is a bit odd.
It’s like this is what she lives for, she’ll probably book the next Orlando trip on the way home from this one!

I’m thinking gastric sleeve but then again if it was a sleeve she’d be on liquids etc still as it’s only 9/10 months she seems to be eating a fair bit so maybe injections

Sorry if it’s been mentioned before here - but she takes her full length photos on the front camera and on 0.5 - so always makes you look smaller - you can notice that her video uploads the ‘Diesel’ is on the left of her jumper (using front camera) and the same in the most recent picture …same with other photos, her necklace is spelled backwords. So camera on selfie mode. I’m sure she looks great too IRL with regards losing weight .. but for people also on a weight loss journey, don’t think the pictures that go on the grid are an actual representation of her true weight loss journey - it’s not. I’m currently on a weight loss journey too - & I feel
