WHAT ONLINE BRAND!? At a Real Estate conference of all things!? These flogs will do anything for exposure. Imagine what was going through the agents head when Gerard is just trying too hard with inappropriate jokes the duck wit.

I think it’s the lips. The nose looks more pointy when she has such thin lips but she’s pumped them up so much it pulls focus away.
