I’m a bit late to the party with KF and her tax problem, I know negotiations Iike this are done with the ATO all the time but her pleading ignorance and withdrawing 1.4 million of company monies to fund her lifestyle is a joke, she knew what she was doing, you can’t be that stupid especially through covid when her business wasn’t making money you would tighten the belt would you not??. This idiot needs to go hide under a rock for a while and not flaunt her “wealth”, because that really pisses off us law abiding, tax paying citizens. She got off too easy in my opinion, they could have given her a hefty fine and staggered her repayments over a longer period. She hasn’t had her serve of humble pie.

Agree, I wonder what the Bond bro in law offered the ATO for them to accept this crappy deal.

Funny how she was trying to social climb, leaving the husband in the hopes of someone richer. She’s damaged goods now and she’ll only be with some other dodgy characters who aren’t embarrassed by her behaviour.

It must be common, Emmylou has just had her debt of $168000 wiped down to a payment of 40k plus a little bit more, it’s not really fair at all. They accrue these debts and know full well what they are doing. Yet other hard working people pay their taxes as requested and these cunts get off with it
