Let's not also forget that Leigha takes more than she should to suppress her appetite and to stay skinny. She was probs giving Amy some for that purpose since Ozempic is not really available anymore as a weightloss injection in Aust. They both drink too much booze and eat too much crap to actually be health conscious so this is the easy way
